Retraining Women in Construction and Civil Engineering

For the first time ever, we have reached a milestone in the UK, with more than one million women working in core Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) roles. However, our work is not done and there’s still a lot more we can do to close the gender gap in engineering.

This is why it’s so important to retrain the female workforce and promote women in construction and related sectors. Our MSc Civil Engineering course provides inclusive learning for all, with a career-orientated structure to support student transition into the workplace.

We make the course flexible  

Some of our students start off full-time on our course, but when employers show an interest in them we can transfer them to a part-time programme to fit in with work commitments. Our course is flexible to suit your needs, allowing you to earn your degree while retraining and advancing your career.
