Julie is an experienced senior manager having worked in careers guidance roles for over 20 years. As Head of the Service, Julie is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the Careers team, and also works collaboratively across the University to help develop and shape other employability-related activities.
Julie takes a lead on Customer Service Excellence and also takes a lead on providing institutional support and guidance on employability, career planning and skills development.
