CSE Champions

 

In order to support the process for Customer Service Excellence, a number of Champions from across the two Services have been appointed.

 

The role of the Champion is to:

  • Keep the profile of CSE high in their team/department.
  • Foster positive attitudes and behaviours - reinforcing our Service strategies.
  • Help gather evidence that will prove we are meeting the Standard.
  • Help analyse any gaps in service delivery and contribute to an action plan.
  • Co-ordinate communication about CSE and set meetings with work colleagues, taking a lead on designating tasks.
  • Work with other Champion colleagues to share best practice, resources and provide support to ensure consistency.

The Champions that have been appointed are:

  • Student Services: Emily Ainsworth, Karen Bentley, Martin McIlwrath, Susie Collins, Helene Kelly, Debra Elliot, Arnold Welden and Rita O'Loughlin
  • Library: Dawn Grundy and Anna Snowden
  • Reception: Wendy McGuinness 
  • Careers: Charlotte Castelli
