The School of Law hosted over 40 professional guests with a wine-tasting and networking event on the roof terrace of the Institute of Management building.
The guests included solicitors, barristers and members of the university law team. The event, which included an ‘identify the wine’ quiz, was organised in partnership with the Bolton Law Society.
Law lecturer Ian Bowden, also a member of Bolton Law Society Committee, said: ‘It was a fantastic event and helps us to continue to cultivate close links with business.”
The university had hosted the Bolton Law Society Family Law Annual Conference a few weeks earlier.
