An experienced Senior University lecturer and programme lead, year two lead and previous curriculum manager for professional qualifications with HRM/CIPD specialism educated to MSc level in Business and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Academic Associate of the CIPD. Previous experience as a Human Resources, Legal and Finance Manager with project management training and experience in the financial sector. Teaching all areas of Human Resource Management across both undergraduate and postgraduate provision. With Research interests in Behaviour-based recruitment and performance management, the future of work and adaptive capacity of organisations and staff.
