Law Student Jack is Raising the Bar

A Law student is celebrating after being awarded a scholarship to study the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC).

Jack Barber, aged 26, who will graduate this summer, has been awarded the BTC Excellence and Advocacy Scholarship after demonstrating exceptional aptitude to the Bar.

Jack said: “The scholarship will go towards funding my BTC at BPP Manchester and will further allow me to compete for scholarships later in the year.”

Beverley Caddick, Senior Lecturer in the School of Law said: “Jack is an excellent student. We are extremely proud of his accomplishments and the ambition he demonstrated to succeed at the Bar.”
