Former Student's Crusade To End Stigma Around Prostate Cancer

Former student Ian Smith is to launch a photographic exhibition of his work, highlighting the lack of understanding of how prostate cancer affects minority groups. The Prostate Gap launches on 1 March to coincide with UK prostate cancer month, in addition, the photographs and stories of these brave individuals are to go on display at Manchester Central Library from 1 to 30 April.

“I hope it will help to change public attitudes towards under-represented people in our society and offer hope and inspiration to all with prostate cancer.”
