After graduating from Cardiff Institute of Higher Education with a BA (Hons) in Art Education in 1993, Amanda embarked upon a full-time teaching career in Foundation Studies. Amanda completed a PGCE in 1999 and subsequently held both management and teaching roles in a range of further education providers. Having achieved a Masters in Learning and Teaching and QTLS, alongside a range of other educationally relevant qualifications, Amanda started delivering the suite of teacher education programmes, on a full-time basis, at the College of West Anglia in 2010. She joined the University of Bolton in 2014 within the School of Education & Psychology.
