Andrew is the Executive Director of the Greater Manchester Provider Network which represents the interests of over 100 colleges and skills providers. Prior to this, he held senior positions with the Skills Funding Agency and Learning and Skills Council.
Andrew is committed to improving the skills and employment system in Greater Manchester.
He is a Member of the Board of Governors at Bolton College.
